Ingredients matter!

So, now you know what food labels are and why we need them to understand whats in our food. An important part of labels are ingredient lists.

A good rule is that you should try to eat foods with only ingredients you can pronounce or you know! Sometimes these words that are hard to pronounce contain chemicals that might not be the best for our body.
